Elvis Banks, Attorney

With over a decade of experience under his belt, Elvis C. Banks has represented thousands of clients in federal and state courts, defending against criminal charges and recovering millions of dollars in personal injury fees. Many charges against his clients were dismissed before trial. In several cases, Attorney Banks successfully filed motions to suppress evidence and had charges dismissed.

Attorney Banks attended Paul Robeson High School in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from Shaw (MS) High School. He graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and was heavily recruited by law schools across the United States. A Massachusetts resident, he remained in Boston and acquired his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northeastern University School of Law.

During his tenure as a law student, Banks completed legal internships in Boston, Massachusetts; St. Louis, Missouri; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an attorney, he represented thousands of clients in Milwaukee, Chicago, Green Bay, and other locales.

A certified teacher, Attorney Banks acquired a master’s degree in education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona and has also published the book "They Forsake Their Own Mercy."
